    Structured advancement if you inquire about it

    Cons

    cliques, gossip
    workload can be overwhelming and near impossible to pull of in 8-hour day without doing OT and OT is discouraged
    dog eat dog environment

    Advice to Management

    penalize gossip - it especially affects performance when people react poorly to the gossip's target

    offer more day-to-day incentives
