I have been working at Korus Consulting full-time (More than 5 years)
friendly team and management, good atmosphere, flexible working hours
not enough support for newcomers, you should ba a very self-motivated and open person to fill comfortable and develop yourself
I have been working at Korus Consulting (Less than a year)
different projects, lots of self development opportunities
lack of the defined processes
Quite good place for prospective graduates to work. Good start of your career, excellent potential of growing (average 15 months – from intern to Project management), possibility to work with international projects, especially in Logistic division - Korea, Ukraine, everyday work with vendor consultant from UK. But salary is not high. Another reason what the company is estimated by Accenture, for ex. For a lot of people Accenture is the next step after 2 years of working in Korus. You'll enjoy the people who work their - it one of the main asset.
Salary, salary and salary. Maybe for somebody a lot of travelling and projects outside Moscow/ Saint-Petersburg - for another ones it is a good opportunity to see the world and have fun.
Advice to Management

Is there any? I don't have 5 words
Cheap business center, awful food opportunities, crazy management, worksheets.. hidden costs.. don't pay salary in time.. business trips with cheap flats & trains..
Check twice before you decide to join this "company". Ask explicitly about everything, including % of salary they pay officially. Talk to managers. Be provocative. Don't let them say anything about perspectives, talk about now.
