Pros
Its a family culture, never felt subordinated. Even Senior management is accessible to juniors and down to earth. Enormous learning opportunity being growing bank and economy.
Cons
Being part of a growing bank and economy, it has its pressures for work life balance also Indian banking industry is on data building stage so little adventure to work in such an environment
