    Pros

    - Great people from entry level to middle management. - Challenging because there is almost zero guidance from upper management - Opportunity to advance faster than a normal company but this can also lead to under qualified in critical positions

    Cons

    - Never a consistent direction. The company changes its whole approach 2-3 times a year and expects employees to redo work to fit the new need. - Lack of long term view. Always focused on just the year at hand and never the next year to 5 years. - Upper Management pretends to know everything and sets strategies without talking to middle or more junior positions. Majority of upper management is new to the company so clearly they lack any sort of historical information. - You are expected to work constantly. PTO at KHC stands of Part Time Off or that's how it feels. - Severely understaffed with extremely inexperienced workers. It is not uncommon for a buyer 1 year out of college to manage $200 million in spend annually. - All managers are working managers but given the lack of staffing there is very little time to train, coach and develop their team.
