    Pros

The finance org is listening to employee engagement survey and improving work life balance. There are plenty of great people to work with - smart, humble and friendly. The work is often meaningful and I could see the impact of my work adding value to the company. Compensation is above market value, evaluation and recognition are often fair and transparent (depending on your manager).

    Cons

Culture changes vastly from teams to teams. Some are heavily reliant on unnecessary fire drills that create unexpected long hours.

    Pros

You get a lot of responsibility really quickly You get to work on really big, well known brands

    Cons

Most people are really inexperienced people managers, which is made more difficult by the turnover rates Leadership keeps saying that things will change, but never specify how The company touts ownership and meritocracy, but it is incredibly political, and there isn't constructive feedback, just people bringing others down Many people are stuck in their current roles and have no opportunities for advancement due to the new HR policies Most of the brands are declining and the company isn't willing to invest in them or take big risks Most people are frustrated and unhappy, making it difficult to stay motivated The MBOs/goals are unreachable, making it impossible to get your full bonus and further damaging morale The teams are incredibly siloed and teams do not work well together Some teams, especially in finance, have terrible culture There is a large number of Brazilians on the leadership teams and they seem to get special treatment
