I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You can make great experience on how stores work. You get the experience of being a liaision between store managers, recievers and grocery managers.

    Cons

They work their employees in the ground. They only give the minimum of hrs to throw large loads, build displays and work thru back stock on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Management you need to take into consideration of how much work is out there and give enough hrs to get everything done.

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great People, Well developed products

    Cons

The management team is running this company into the ground. When will they remember that people are #1. These guys only see dollars and the people are just an asset to be consumed. That one's worn out, bring on the next one. Controlling cost is essential but counting copies made, really.

    Advice to Management

Remember to thank the people that brought this company to the place it formerly enjoyed. If you overpaid for the company, that is one thing, but to take it out on the people that have have put in years of faithful devotion to building this company is just plain wrong. I feel the bad Karma building. What goes around, comes around is a true principle.
