I worked at Kraft Heinz Company full-time

    Pros

Not really many pro's of working here.

    Cons

    Not treated as a human.
    Worked to the bone.
No true raises or salary increases.
No org chart since it changes so often.
Not clear on what the rules are.
Bonus is dangled in your face all year as some sort of prize that you should be willing to do anything to get, including give up on family commitments.
Can't fill open positions so they strongly suggest you should move across the country to work in a plant in the middle of nowhere.
You constantly have to look over the shoulder of the children they hire into important roles. They don't know what they're doing and aren't ready for the role yet.

    Advice to Management

Management? Ha! I'll tell them they need to start treating their employees like people with lives, problems, and everything else that comes with it. Unfortunately, no matter what I say, they won't listen. 3G are a bunch of rich kids who expect everyone else to work hard so they can watch their pile of money grow... There's more important things in life than money. Someone needs to tell Bernie...

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Works from home option but only if you have some emergency.

    Cons

    - Very biased management
    - Disrespectful towards female employees
    - No grown opportunity. I am a Analyst here so when my manager moved to a different team, I reached out to management to find out if i can apply for his position. I was told that manager position is few levels above you so its difficult to get through. Next week they promote one of my male colleague to that position.
I also reached out to them for one other position but i was told i am not suitable for that role. The same was told to my colleague about a different position, that she is not suitable for that role.
    - Leaders here are not having enough knowledge , so there is nothing you can learn from them.

    Advice to Management

I don't think there is any use to advise anything to management. VP was notified of all of the things happening in the team, my manager only helping and promoting male employees. There is no change and we have one more male employees being promoted. We are told that our job is very easy and even a 10th grade student can do this job, its is so demotivating. I was very enthusiastic when i joined this company 1 year back , i use to be on top of every issue but i don't see any recognition, instead i am told anyone without degree can do this job.

    Pros

If you are a hard worker, a slave to your work then you will do very well at this company!

    Cons

Too much work with little resources, they expect you to do more with less man power. Lots of junior employees with no experience!

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There are none, most good perks have been cut, now with temporary employees they don't have to supply benefits to them

    Cons

Constantly adding more and more work for the same pay, and cutting people at the same time. They expect you to do two jobs for the price of one.

    Pros

Pay was ok but with limitless opportunities. If you're skilled you will get promoted - just don't get too expensive.

    Cons

Loyalty is non existent. You will work long hours.

    Advice to Management

Be aware of of managers who advance on the backs of others.

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work with the best and the brightest. Meritocracy structure offers a platform to get promoted fast. It's extremely difficult work but the payouts are worth it.

    Cons

If you are on the brand team that is struggling, it is difficult to do anything to affect the business given the landscape of the market.

    Advice to Management

    Inorganic growth!

    Pros

Great People, HUGE Bonus in 2016, great products!

    Cons

No work life / work balance. People working overnight to get last minute project done on time. High turnover rate. No one has history of job. No clear direction, when you get direction/instruction due the next day.

    Advice to Management

Start giving pay raises versus meritocracy to a few, after working them to death. Remember family is the most important thing in life, not working 12 hour days plus drive time.

    Pros

Great people, job is relatively easy. Great benefits. Plenty of OT to go around.

    Cons

Poorly maintained machines, work life balance isn't good. They don't appreciate their employees.

    Advice to Management

Upgrades to machines, make your workers feel appreciated and acknowledge that we do our best at what we are doing. A simple thank you to the people on the floor, especially those of us who work 12 hours everyday.
