"New Kraft Heinz is all about the money and cares little about their employees or their employee's lives outside of work."

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Pay is good and most people are great to work with. Work is demanding and it's a fast paced inviroment if you like that.

    Cons

Constantly cutting small benefits that are important to employees. Always searching for head count cuts and cutting budgets. Upper management does not care about anything other than getting paid their huge bonuses.

    Advice to Management

If the economy improves under this new president, Kraft Heinz will lose their quality employees that work hard and deserve better. They will struggle to replace employee, unless they are hungry idiots right out of college. I don't believe in wealth distribution but what this CEO is doing with constant pulling and taking of funds from each plant will take its toll.

I worked at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

They did not physically beat you, great at cost cutting, how 3G went about cost cutting, hmm, but they are good at it!

    Cons

No emphasis on continuous improvement or people development, sink or swim, not sure how this will play out in the coming years when you're trying to grow the business and stay profitable. Chase an individual goal without regard to bigger picture, I have to get the crazy bonus at all costs.

    Advice to Management

3G Go back to Brazil, Bernardo nice guy but bad fit for this size company. Truly focus on developing your managers then your people, getting yelled at and beaten not a good strategy for employee retention. Good people will leave, evil people and beaten dogs will stay. Sorry for the strong words.

There is no vision or strategy other than to cut costs

I worked at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Higher than normal bonus structure. Extremely generous titles.

    Cons

Management does not care about work-life balance, even if you have a family. The company is being run by analysts. Expect to be put in positions with leaders that do not have any relevant work experience and hold a title far above where they should be. 12+ hour workdays are normal.
