      Not worth it

      Pros

Pay is good, but you give up your mental health (you’ll use that extra $ on your mental health) If you are hired as a trainee, you will be promoted often and have it made within the company

      Cons

No merit increases No work life balance If you are not promoted within 9-12 months - leave, they promote the people that they like often. If you are not promoted after 12 months you have no future within the company. Meritocracy is fake - you can over perform every quarter and not get promoted. It’s all in who you kiss up to, don’t believe the meritocracy hype. Promotions are not based on performance. No likeness amongst employees, don’t expect a hello, smile or even eye contact in the hallways and don’t ever expect a friendly email. Culture is toxic. Everyone puts the blame on others. Personnel is very young, hiding behind computers, which leads to the miserable culture - no one has any skills on how to interact with others. Constant restructuring to eliminate positions and employees that are masked as our new mission or blames on divestitures. Constant goal and purpose changes Bonuses are typically unattainable, always revised midway through the year to make them even more unattainable When in the office, taking a lunch is frowned upon Lots of internal red tape You’ll spend 90% of your time on internal reports proving to others that you are doing your job and only 10% on your actual job Roles are constantly eliminated making the employees that are there take on more and more work

Exciting experience. Tiring experience as well

      Pros

Challenging environment. Continuously reviewing how they can improve the employee experience. They recognize hard work, and there are great career opportunities. Prestigious company.

      Cons

There is no work/life balance. Compensation could be better. Leaders sometimes don't have soft skills well developed, so it interferes with a good employee experience. A lot of long and tiring meetings.
