I have been working at Krispy Kreme full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay is pretty good if you don't mind actually earning it, free donuts (a dozen per week- anything after that is half off), some coworkers are great.

    Cons

Mechanical issues almost every night due to aging equipment, management doesn't get along but pretends to, understaffed busy nights yet overstaffed on slow nights, ordering issues for ingredients (either too much or too little for seasonal cake flavors).

    Advice to Management

Make sure new hires are serious about showing up for shifts, schedule at least two reliable people on busy nights

I have been working at Krispy Kreme full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Its easy work, and sometimes tedious, but fair pay.

    Cons

Early hours which can cause inconveniences. Hard to get time off.

    Advice to Management

A more strenuous focus on team building could help keep employees around. There is something of an air of every man for himself, though we are supposed to be encouraging each other to drive sales.

I have been working at Krispy Kreme full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's a great work environment, with room for growth and good pay. The owner of my franchise is a common visitor and knows a lot of us by name.

    Cons

Raises are slow to kick in. Management makes or breaks the experience, and since it changes frequently at my store, work can be difficult at times.

    Advice to Management

Make sure raises are given. Waiting months for a raise is expected, and shouldn't be.

I worked at Krispy Kreme part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not a bad job if you're okay with making minimum wage. Not a difficult job whatsoever and the customers are nice a vast majority of the time, free doughnuts and other stuff if that's your thing.

    Cons

Schedule might not be to your best liking, poor pay, and management isn't too friendy.
