    Pros

Decent pay. Small store. Nothing else.

Upper management is a joke. Not flexible with your schedule. Won't ever schedule you for more than 33 hours.

    Advice to Management

Get new management or maybe try caring about your employees below you.

I worked at Krispy Kreme full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Probably one of the best jobs I have worked. Some customers can be silly, some coworkers are amazing! Easy job for the most part up until closing...

    Cons

Some customers will harrass and cuss you out over a measly donut... Some coworkers are a pain, closing is the worst shift ever. You have to hose down the glazer and dump it out along with donuts and they are extremely HEAVY. No working cameras were present at my facility.

I have been working at Krispy Kreme part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

you get these little incentive cards that have points on them for going beyond what you are expected. for example they tell you to take a break, instead of sitting around you clean. with these points you can save up and buy items online with the points. time flies fast here, the 6 hour shifts feel like 2 or 3 hours depending on the day. discounts are amazing

    Cons

watching and working with doughnuts that smell amazing but you cannot eat.

    Pros

There are flexible hours as well as decent pay. Free doughnuts on shift and 50% off when your not working.

I worked at Krispy Kreme part-time

    Pros

Some of the very best reasons to work at Krispy Kreme are that the donuts that are made there are truly amazing and I've loved Krispy Kreme for a countless number of years.

    Cons

I don't see anything wrong when someone would work for Krispy Kreme because they have good food and drinks, including coffee, and it seems like a very fun environment to work.
