I worked at Krispy Kreme full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers are just nice people. Until you are sick of them free doughnuts. You get paid weekly, which is nice to have that steady pay.

    Cons

I was a delivery driver, which apparently is among the highest paying positions there. The people in the store were minimum wage, shift leads sounded like a few bucks more. The hiring manager said the route would take 5 hours, average out to a decent wage of $15ish / hour. Never made near that rate. Paid for the route, so the faster the better. It always took 8+ hours to complete a route. Far distances traveled, no way to improve the speed and route. Doughnuts almost never ready beforehand, I often had to fill my own racks which would add an hour off the bat. I averaged more in the $12ish range during my time there. 5PM - 3AM typical.

    Advice to Management

Just need better organization. When you pay people so little, their effort will also be minimal. Be honest about a drivers hourly wage.

The people there are amazing. There were some rough times when it got rocky but other than that it was nice.

    Cons

The downsides of working here was that they would keep us until 12-1 in the morning on school nights. I was 17 when I first started here and my schedule was crazy.

I have been working at Krispy Kreme full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Free doughnuts and the pay.

    Cons

The company juat recently got bought out so a lot of change have happen since I've been with the company. Especially the changes with management. Not good changes either. Management doesn't appreciate the employees hard work.

    Advice to Management

The communication could be better and all the unnecessary change need to stop. You're losing a lot of good employees because of upper management. A lot of ppl don't quit the job they quit the boss.
