I worked at Krispy Kreme full-time for less than a year

    Pros

If you work long enough to be a good employee you'll always get hours because people are always quitting. If you're in a tight situation and just need a job to make your rent it's perfect. Free donuts if you like those and there's supposed to be a 6 per day limit but it really doesn't matter how many you take.

    Cons

Bad management so you'll always want to quit, low pay, you'll get yelled at for stupid things, it's a demeaning job and the customers can get very rude. Sick time off can get you fired or they'll say they thought you quit so always get a doctors note. You'll probably still have to work even if you need to go to a funeral or get married (not an exaggeration I've seen both happen). If they're understaffed you're expected to work open to close sometimes (so 5:30 am until 10 pm).

    Advice to Management

Be more compassionate and understand that some customers are illogical and spiteful, not all reviews are honest (so get the whole story from the worker and other people working at the time of complaint). Keep store as fully staffed as possible because nobody likes working in a fast food donut shop from open to close.
