    Pros

Outstanding culture, long history of financial success, the people, people, people!

    Cons

A strong migration to a SaaS-based company, but Kronos needs to keep eye on product quality as development accelerates.

I have been working at Kronos Incorporated full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Decent benefits, 'unlimited' vacation time, generally leadership is supportive, flexible / remote work.

    Cons

Salary is sub-par based on my experience at other companies. To retain good people, you need to pay them. Very difficult to move within the organization. You are 'pigeon-holed' into your vertical and your role which is very limited to people who want to stay within the organization and gain different experiences. I was rated a 'Role Model' on my last performance review, but have been unable to move to a different role within the company.

    Advice to Management

    See above in 'Cons'.

I have been working at Kronos Incorporated full-time

    Pros

The new facilities in Lowell, MA are beautiful - the amenities are unreal.

    Work/life balance is good.

Hugely focused on culture, ensuring that all new hires will be a good fit for the team

Great sense of camaraderie in Support; very team-oriented.

Managers in this department seem to really care about their employees, which is not always the case, therefore is quite refreshing to see.

Huge growth throughout the company - lots of profit, lots of jobs being created.

    Cons

Processes/staffing aren't changing quickly enough given the huge popularity of certain products, which specifically negatively effects employees in support rolls.

Products are sometimes rolled out without a clear view of what the plan is with regards to support, which HUGELY effects the quality of support that reps are able to give to customers, and creates needless stress for all involved.

The medical coverage isn't great; I personally find United to be bit expensive considering the coverage.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget that the clients are number 1.
Happy employees make happy clients, and having happy clients results in a better bottom line.
Growth is great, but ONLY if it is not at the expense of the product/service that clients have come to expect from the Kronos brand.

I have been working at Kronos Incorporated full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Kronos is a fun and encouraging environment where everybody helps everybody. Coworkers are more often seen as friends as opposed to coworkers, and the customer name recognition provides great opportunities. There are great opportunities for growth and multiple different paths you can take that best fit what you're looking for out of your career.

    Cons

The workload is not manageable, and if you show any signs of being good then it just keeps piling on until you burn out. Salaries and merit increases are not competitive with other companies.

Recent changes in sales management in Canada has resulted in a significant culture change and it has resulted in a lot of personnel change and is proving to be a difficult transition
