I have been working at Kronos Incorporated full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I love my work and the flexibility. The company cares about their employees. It is a family atmosphere. I believe this company cares does things to promote work like balance. It is a fun place to work.

    Cons

I wish remote employees got opportunities to see the corporate office or get to meet Upper management. I think it is difficult to get into other parts of the company. When you are remote I sometimes feel isolated from the corporate office. They company does try to make everyone inclusive.

    Advice to Management

I think Kronos listen to their employees and it is diverse and flexible

More than ever a focus on cross functional collaboration is imperative to our success.
For many employees this is as hard as we have ever worked. We need to keep watching for employee trying to do too much.
