    Pros

    Good benefits, including 4 weeks of vacation time after 5 years of service.

    Cons

    Management does not seem very human.

    Advice to Management

    It would be better to cut everyone's salary than to have a massive layoff.

    Pros

    opportunity to make money in the sales organization. challenging management culture through mergers and going private. disconnected if not at corporate office.

    Cons

    Not a good understanding of corporate direction at field level. disconnected if not at corporate office. front line sales management is challenging.

    Advice to Management

    Front line sales management is spotty. Looks like transactional buisness but not deep understanding of the SaaS market or selling SaaS soltuions
