I have been working at Kubota full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great pay with the amount of hours.

    Cons

No time with family, condescending coworkers, low morale

    Advice to Management

Train your temp employees specifically for each department. I learned and trained on ergonomics to twist bolts and screws. Then first day comes and I'm learning something completely different for my department. The person to train me was condescending of my work and leaves for vacation after my first day. Second day, I'm all on my own barely knowing a thing of what to do. I was so distraught and frustrated to the point I just think of leaving, never to look back on the place.
