    Pros

They have a very friendly, positive environment, at least at the Fort Washington branch, with numerous benefits for employees. Everyone else also seems to like it here, and the bosses have a good relationship with the other employees.

    Cons

Personally, there weren't really many downsides to working here. The hours were good, they were not expecting anything insane from any of us, nor were the bosses overly controlling or aggressive.

Certain departments/projects are struggling due to lack of innovation.

I worked at Kulicke and Soffa full-time

    Pros

You can be bad at your job and not get fired. Solid quarterly bonuses

    Cons

You will never be on even near the latest tech

    Advice to Management

Stop and invest in researching and developing products using the latest and greatest tech. The software this company uses for its machines is over 20 years old and the look and feel is that of Windows 3.1. If you are looking to advance your career as a Windows based software developer, this is not the place for you. If you have only experience in MFC, maybe this will be a good fit.
