I worked at Kumon Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Environment is good
    - Kids are super cute
    - Flexible hours
    - Overall a good part time gig especially if your in HS

    Cons

    - The location I worked at, Management was a huge pushover, the owner never said anything to anyone. If some kids came in after closing, he would make the instructors still take them and teach them a 30 min lesson.
    - If you need to list the owner as a reference for another job, forget about it. He won't ever pick up the phone which i don't think is necessarily a bad thing.

    Advice to Management

Stop letting the kids parents walk all over you and be more strict with employees and parents. The people that worked for you are basically running your business while you just look around.
