    Pros

Very easy work! Helping the students grow intellectually makes the job worth it.

Really boring on slow days as unoccupied time is devoted to spent grading past homework assignments.

I worked at Kumon Group part-time

    Pros

Everyone is really nice and caring, and schedule can be pretty flexible with subs, though you have to find the subs yourself. They host dinners and provide snacks.

    Cons

Kind of a really stiff working environment though

I worked at Kumon Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's very simple and rather flexible with your time schedule.

    Cons

I went to a small local kumon and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable while grading and the manager was usually moving in a hectic fashion. She wasn't able to give anyone more than 20 seconds of her attention. The pay for those younger than 16 wasn't great and over was just barely an improvement.

    Advice to Management

Slow down the pace and listen to other people's complaints.
