    Great company to work for. Being an instructor offers a lot of freedom.

    It can get tiresome trying to explain the program to parents over and over again.

    The work is not demanding, if you like kids you should enjoy this and pay is not bad for a part-time job after school.

    Extremely fast-paced environment/can easily fall behind if you don't work fast

    Hire more works, add more tables to meet the needs of the amount of children

    Low Salary (owner would not raise wages until an employee proved that we were being paid below our area's minimum wage).
    No advancement opportunities
    Many additional responsibilities were given despite no changes in salary or title

    Make sure the managers of independent Kumon locations uphold the same level of respect and professionalism as the main ones.
