I worked at Kumon Group (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Making a difference, working with children, easy job

    Cons

Unruly and undisciplined children, low pay, hires too many high schoolers, not trained properly upon hiring

    Advice to Management

Please train your staff properly upon hiring. It was a good thing I was a Kumon student in the Ice Age so I already knew how the system worked. Please update the answer books and have the workers clean the classroom after. Our center was filled with germy kids consistently.
