I worked at Kuni Automotive full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful company to work for. They genuinely care about their employees.

    Cons

The car business, on the dealership level, is not consistent and like most sales especially big purchases, is very vulnerable to economic trends.

I worked at Kuni Automotive full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Lots of room to advance.

    Cons

Work life balance is way off. Kuni expects you to work a 50+ hour work week with some departments averaging 60+. You will get tiered of hearing "Well thats the auto industry". Executives are the big earners with little trickle down to other employees. Constant lawsuits and huge turnover. Benefits are horrible.

    Advice to Management

Hopefully Holman will turn this around and recognize that people have lives and like to spend time at home more than work.

I worked at Kuni Automotive part-time

    Pros

I worked at one of the Kuni dealerships for several years and very much enjoyed the experience! Some of the best people I have worked with.

    Cons

It can be a very stressful environment and although I loved everyone I worked with, this could result in employees being rude towards one another when under pressure.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, Kuni! I loved working at your company and it was great to work at an organization that genuinely cared about both their customers and employees.
