Pros
Close to home and major roads
Cons
Shifts seem to be changed on a whim
3Kura Response2y
Thanks for your feedback. We do not change shifts 'on a whim' we notify a minimum of 4 weeks in advance and these are published on our planning system. If you need help accessing this please ask your line manager. On the parking and canteen, if you watched my recent vlog you will understand our position on both topics but if you have more that you would like to raise you can find details of your representative for the Employee Forum on the Bridge or can raise them through your line manager. Thank you for your review. With over five years' experience here at Kura we would appreciate a little more insight into your time with the business, and this particular step within your career. Last year (with reference to our Customer Service Advisors) we invested across the board to provide a significant investment in salary. We believe that we are extremely competitive with regards to pay, and are certain that from an environment, location, benefit and package basis; that we offer a competitive proposition and are very 'pay-aware' in our market. We are of course always learning, and do take on board that this in an on-going challenge we face, in order to attract new talent and support our current employees. With regards to the benefits, ALL new starters receive: 1: A minimum of 28 days holiday, increasing every year as you grow with Kura 2: Competitive Company Pension, matched by us each month 3: Childcare Vouchers for our Kura parents 4: Secondment opportunities across all areas of the business 5: Discounted Gym Membership for a number of locations all over the UK 6: Access to the Kura ‘Total Rewards Scheme’, offering all staff the chance to save money when shopping, eating out, going to the cinema, travelling and more 7: Access to our 24 hour Employee Assistance Programme 8: An Occupational Heath Review, optional and available to everyone 9: The chance to take on our Management and Development Programme, offered to all employees, helping you to progress Of course we are always wanting to improve and will continue to look at what we can offer our staff. If you have a moment and would like to speak to the team directly about your experience then please do get in touch. We wish you the best of luck with your future role.
