I have been working at Kura full-time

    Pros

I have been working for Kura for 2 months now , I moved from one of Kuras clients too Kura due to the opportunities available . With such large campaigns there are lots of opportunists to progress within operations and training. We have a future managers development program which assist agents with progressing through out the company and getting the support they need. For managers there are also various courses you can attend to improve your skills and get you ready for further progression. Agents also get time off the phones each week for coaching and 1-2-1's

    Cons

Shift pattern however these are currently under review
