I worked at Kush Games full-time

    Pros

Steady work, cool people, nice work environment. It all came to an end rather abruptly, right at the height of crunch on one of our projects

    Cons

Low pay, very repetitive work. If the company was still there, we would probably be working on the same games still.

    Advice to Management

Be a little more upfront with employees, especially when the company is going to relocate.

I worked at Kush Games full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I met some really nice people working here.

    Cons

Nothing but sports games, we were promised royalties but never received any, talk about micro-managing things from George Simmons - he really made the company SO much worse.

    Advice to Management

Pay for overtime, and I don't mean with cheap fast-food and rubbery pizza.
