good benefits, great people, teamwork
low compensation, occasional difficulty with communication
I worked at Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond full-time
good pay and benefits, flex time permitted but must meet minimum hours per week
tons of meetings, very unprofessional environment, partners have favorites who can do whatever they want
If you're into junk food and getting fat, this place is perfect for you. There's no shortage in the supply of crap.
You'd expect partners to know that certain questions are actual illegal to ask interviewees, but don't expect that here. At Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond, not only is there a lack of common sense from the top, but there's also a lack of diversity and innovation. If you're mindful of those you surround yourself, you're better off elsewhere.
- Great flexibility with time
- Good work-life balance
- Provided breakfast, lunch, dinner and endless snacks (this actually could be a con)
- Limited direction provided to junior staff
- Extremely political and mysterious relationships
- High/seasonal turnover due to inability & unwillingness to work with new people
Advice to Management
While new people need to learn to adapt to their new firm, so to does the new firm have an obligation to adapt to the new person. It's a two-way street and it is unrealistic to think new hires have nothing to offer you.
