    The Corporation has grown by integrating other government companies like KOC, KNPC, Kufpec, KOTC, KAFCO and others bringing them under an Umbrella Organization like the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, directly responsible to the Oil Ministry of the State of Kuwait, with the Oil Minister, its Chairman..

    Pros

    State owned company with great pension scheme. Enjoyable people to work and part of a major industry with impact globally.

    Cons

    Kuwaiti nationals do get preferred status and perks for level of work they do. Career progression is limited and you can do the same job for a long time.

    Advice to Management

    Look to develop your top talent. They do enter the company and are keen to develop and progress. Opportunities to work globally and in the Kuwaiti culture are other ways for this development.

    flexibiliteit en een goed salaris. 14 betalingen + bonussen. Flexibel in termen van timing, het geeft u de mogelijkheid om uw prive-leven makkelijk te organiseren.

    Cons

    Koeweits bedrijf, in de zin dat alle beslissingen zeer lang duren. Het basissalaris is hoog, maar de promoties niet.

    Advice to Management
