    I worked at Kysor//Warren full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Versatile company if you like trying new things. Decent benefits and pay. Values and culture are not as cut and dry as what the company profile states.

    Cons

Company doesn't promote from within, which is has always been an issue. With all the turnovers, there are always changes so you feel like you are never progressing but running in circles.

    Advice to Management

Need to re-org the HR and upper mgmt. Get fresher faces in there that actually care about the company and doing what's right.

    I worked at Kysor//Warren full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There was no shortage of overtime making pay checks fat.

    Cons

80 hour weeks every week were required causing employees to live in a constant state of exhaustion.

    Advice to Management

Hire enough employees so that 80 hour work weeks are not required. Work is important but it shouldn't be a human being's entire life. Practice 6 Sigma and have a team who's sole purpose is to develop and implement process improvement.
