    Pros

Depending on your title, the travel can be nice.
There are some good eggs amongst the department.
Benefits are a plus and the corporate activities.

    Cons

    Honesty is a big issue.
    Collaboration is very weak.
    Support is nonexistent.
The type of job that will put you on antidepressants or antianxiety medication.
Love of hierarchy instead of team.
    Ridicule and mean girl behavior.
The environment depending on your department.
I would not deem this particular Branch of LBrands a great place to work.
A weak and unsupportive human resource team.
They do not reflect the LBrands values and corporate culture.

    Advice to Management

you need to invest in strong leaders. Your associates are the backbone of the company and they need to be treated as such.

    Pros

If you are in the beginning of the career, you can learn a lot as you end up working 12 to 18 hours a day!

    Cons

Do not expect any Appreciation / Salary hike/ Promotion. Do not expect any human values here !

    Advice to Management

Retail business is in crisis now. Choose right leaders who can motivate people rather than bringing their own gang and create toxic environment. HR department should work for the overall well being of the company and not become part of these gangs!!

    Cons

No work life balance. Working 10+ hour days
    No time to train hires
Expect you to catch on very fast.
Honestly work there. Learn. Get out.

    Pros

Nice coworkers. Fun atmosphere, but 'fun' doesn't pay bills.

    Cons

Pays like crap. If you're standing around in uncomfortable shoes, make it worth it.

    Advice to Management

Retail is a job no one else wants to do, pay people accordingly so they can LIVE. The people who stand around and peddle products they can't afford deserve just as much as a living wage as a CEO.

I have been working at L Brands full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Easy work, warn and air conditioned, the checks never bounce.

    Cons

Cheap. Get everything in writing, and don't plan on making more than your hire-in wage. It is impossible to reach wage ceilings. Training is rare, and never top shelf training, always watered down. Very little opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Quit blowing smoke, and pay those that perform.

I worked at L Brands full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, and vacation time off. The pay is okay too.

    Cons

Lack of management available on the floor. No cost of living raises, there are performance ones, but they don't match cost of living, Departmental issues, and no real advancement opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to learn the department you are in charge of. Interact and make the team feel like you care, instead of just saying it.

    Pros

Was a fantastic company to work for. Great people, but all the good ones have left or are leaving.

    Cons

Work life balance going down the tubes fast, good employees no longer valued, it has all come down to the dollar . . . you get what you pay for Lbrands.

    Advice to Management

Quality brought you to where you are, now the lack of it will begin to show.
