      Pros

      Good pay and benefits.

Culture can be challenging -- especially for new hires.

      Advice to Management

Make a commitment to talent development and sustaining healthy interpersonal dynamics. New hire onboarding with realistic performance goals is important for managing expectations and mutual accountability.

I worked at L Brands full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

They want to develop their inside talents, before hiring for new positions they interview possible candidates as they try to develop those who already work there for this possibility. They have good benefits for full-time. If you are getting a degree of something related to business they help you pay for some up to $3,000.

      Cons

Mostly only women work there, not because they don't hire men, men usually don't apply.

I have been working at L Brands full-time

      Pros

Lots of Hours. Decent pay (currently $12hrly)

      Cons

Management sucks. They treat you like animals, I'm constantly watching people get cussed out by managers for no reason. You'll get told 4ten hours day but you will work 6ten hour days, they will fire you for missing work 3 times even if it's supposed to be a protected activity. Generally unorganized and run like a slave house. They boast about treating you right but you'll be cussed at and threatened for no reason....

      Advice to Management

Management needs to he held accountable for the verbal abuse Dont worry. I'll be filing a claim with the courts for this.
