Fish that have already made it onto the buyside - honest thoughts on LEK? We do a ton of CDD, VDD, growth strategy, etc. and just curious how we are perceived. Thanks in advance!

Good place to start your career - but very draining

    - Diverse range of projects - Very competent management who invest in your development - Good leaving opportunities and transferable skills

    - Extremely unpredictable hours. Expect 70+ hour weeks every now and then - Not enough respect for work/life balance and resulting impact on mental health

Challenging work environment; Brilliant co-workers; Firm is deeply dedicated towards training & education of new workers; Solid compensation

It can be a bit of a sweat shop; management has focused largely on growth via increased reliance on due diligences which necessitate long hours
