    Pros

    Same as MBB firms: smart people, international opportunities

    Cons

    + Working hours are long and often due to poor management skills at the consultant and manager levels, and lack of interest at the partner levels. This is across all offices, although Australia tend to have slightly better hours for offside projects. + Thankless culture + Compensation is poor, given hours and commitment required
