A large variety of cases. Some exposure to private equity if that is your thing Reasonable salary although not for the hours
Cons
Long long hours and working day finishes at 7pm earliest Associates receive little thanks and generally are not respected Pay per hour is weak Management only care about themselves (currently a pay freeze and no bonus below management level) L.E.K. is proud to say that they have never fired anyone due to a recession, but the truth is ppl are pushed all the time. The are forced to quit so that L.E.K. can keep its 'no firing' policy Most people here do not like their job and are looking for an exit

LEK is a great place to learn important skillset People working there are clever and can solve issue The analytical approach is very nice and much superior to other consultancies

Projects are ALWAYS undersold and ALWAYS understaffed so working hours are brutal Forget about your weekday evenings and (more recently) about your weekends, even if you have made plans Development is slow and there is no fast track All the best people tend to leave after 2-3 years Work life balance is non-existent and HR policies are ineffective (to combat issues with long working hours, HR has implemented a bake day!)
