-Positive work environment -acceptable management -unusually high benefits for part-timers -pay was above minimum wage at the time -workplace was well-staffed -managers were respectful of time-off -managers were very supportive of lower-level staff especially with difficult situations -training was sufficient

-behind the curve on technology in the workplace -hard to accrue hours as junior part-timer -problems with workplace communication between mid-level and senior management

I've had the best opportunities to work with other interns and employees in the Creative department. It's been incredible to be able to see my work fully implemented as an intern. The work environment offered at L.L.Bean corporate is phenomenal.

The only con that I have is the lack of ability to move forward into a full-time position from an internship.
