Pros
Depending on department most managers are great

Pros
You will learn to drive a forklift and walk non stop for 9 hours.
Cons
No matter how good you get, how much you produce, how much you out perform the other shops, how much you learn about the 3 trades you'll only get a 20 cent raise every year. You'll never get an opportunity move up and out of the warehouse. You'll watch them hire people off the street with no experience and be forced to train them to take the position you've been trying to get. That and driving a forklift for 6+ hours a day for 10$ has me looking elsewhere. Heck you don't even get a pay increase for becoming department lead. Sad part is the better you are the harder the warehouse manager will try to make sure you don't move up and out of the warehouse.

Pros
A very family oriented company. From the top to the bottom, management understands that life happens and works with people to balance their work and life. Management not only teaches but encourages the "open" door policy. The leadership team always encourages ways to be more proficient in producing the best possible product. It's an exciting time to work here. L&S is branching out into different trades and markets and the potential for growth has never been better. Your knowledge and skills can be expanded with the kind of growth that is going on.
Cons
No company is perfect but, in my opinion, there are no significant or clear areas where improvement is needed.

Pros
I could go on all day about my home away from home. I have been with L&S almost 9yrs and continue to see the company grow and evolve so that we can remain on top. The leadership that guides and motivates us cannot be compared. We have such a unified element between departments that management has made important and established, that it is truly incredible to witness a team who pulls together to get the job done. Great success can be had if you are willing to put the work in. There is real individual value that is encouraged and recognized when you are a part of this exciting company.
Cons
Nothing worth a comment. We attack challenges that arise.
