    I worked at L&S Mechanical full-time

    Pros

Great People. It truly is a family company. Great pay and benefits. The president of the company is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Easy to talk to.

    Cons

If you are not in the "cool kid" group. You do not matter. My supervisor was part of the click and made sure everyone knew. My direct manager was always on her phone and instagram, but then said the team was the problem.

    Advice to Management

Listen to both sides of the story before you make decisions.

    Pros

By far one of the best companies I have worked for. Great Benefits and a company who truly cares about their employees, customers and vendors. L & S is always striving to make their employees work environment pleasant and comfortable as well as flexible. By continuing to grow and expand to other trades the learning possibilities are endless.

    Cons

Nothing negative to say about this company.

I have been working at L&S Mechanical full-time

    Pros

I could go on all day about my home away from home. I have been with L&S almost 9yrs and continue to see the company grow and evolve so that we can remain on top. The leadership that guides and motivates us cannot be compared. We have such a unified element between departments that management has made important and established, that it is truly incredible to witness a team who pulls together to get the job done. Great success can be had if you are willing to put the work in. There is real individual value that is encouraged and recognized when you are a part of this exciting company.

    Cons

Nothing worth a comment. We attack challenges that arise.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

    Pros

A very family oriented company. From the top to the bottom, management understands that life happens and works with people to balance their work and life. Management not only teaches but encourages the "open" door policy. The leadership team always encourages ways to be more proficient in producing the best possible product. It's an exciting time to work here. L&S is branching out into different trades and markets and the potential for growth has never been better. Your knowledge and skills can be expanded with the kind of growth that is going on.

    Cons

No company is perfect but, in my opinion, there are no significant or clear areas where improvement is needed.

    Advice to Management

A comprehensive leadership/mentoring program for the leaders of the future would be helpful.
