    Pros

    Lots of training, and oppotunities to learn. Great for college graduates

    Cons

    Low pay, not the best benefits, very few opportunities for mobility

    I have been working at L&T Health and Fitness full-time

    Pros

    L&T really takes care of their SERVICE Leaders. Wonderful support and leadership. Great co-workers. Everyone is always willing to help.

    Cons

    I wish the health and fitness industry had higher wages.

    Advice to Management

    Be sure to post opportunites for advancement to all SERVICE Leaders. Keep doing what you are doing! Please don't change anything. Love coming to work.

    I have been working at L&T Health and Fitness full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Awesome professional development plan, low stress environment, caring corporate culture to help you improve yourself and advance.

    Cons

    Advancement is contingent on being within heavily populated service area. I.E. if you're not near where there are a lot of L&T Sites, you may not have opportunities to be promoted.

    Advice to Management

    Develop an "Eyes Wide Open" approach and keep people who work hard in those "Satellite" sites that are outside of the main service are in mind for promotions and extra responsibilitiees
