    Pros

Hard work is noticed and they're very prompt to get you into a better job for doing so
    environment is not very stressful
Lots of overtime and this can be both Pro and Con depending
Average pay for Higher position are competitive

    Cons

    Management lacks knowledge and guidance
    Overtime both Pro and Con
    Low pay for regular employees(floor/production)
Production Employees do not get breaks from O.T. which can bring down moral and bring on lazy non caring people.

    Advice to Management

Please provide Guidance weekly review meetings on job scopes for the week and week end.
Please understand that is employees don't care anymore they will become lazy and non caring about Quality, Cleanliness, and very important Safety.

Employees need proper training and certain job responsibilities clarified.
Raises should be giving out to hard working individuals who take on others responsibilities Due to lack of training, overhead, and work ethic.

    Pros

Great place to work, really have the spirit for success.

    Cons

Went thru some tough times with buying back offices. But was for the better. Credit to CEO Neal Lyons for his strong leadership getting this done

    Advice to Management

Get CEO out more to clients. They really like him and trust him. He gets stuck dealing with operations a lot,

    I worked at L & W full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Overtime is mostly available when you need it. Being able to move up as long as you befriend the right people. That's it.

    Cons

The cons for working at L&W plant 2. Communication sucks, management sucks, quality sucks, point system sucks, two 15 minute breaks unless you work 12 hours, stressful environment in certain areas, favoritism at its best, long hours in certain areas, strict policies.

    Advice to Management

Please, just shut that place down.

    I worked at L & W full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They pay you. Sorry, that's about as "pro" as I can get.

    Cons

Completely dysfunction. One person runs the show and all others beckon to his every whim. Unless things change dramatically in terms of the second tier managers, specifically in quality, they'll likely lose the REST of their business to competition.

    Advice to Management

    Karma.

    Pros

You can get a job here in a jiffy (anyone can).

    Cons

Turn over rate is so extreme that nobody even knows new people's names until they've been there a couple of weeks. Not loyalty to any employees, even those whose abilities far exceed the norm. Points system for attendance. Poor quality and safety standards. They expect you to live there 24/7/52.

    Advice to Management

Pull your head out of your hind quarters and make a SURPRISE visit to Lebanon, TN so you can see what is really going on.
