I worked at L3 Technologies for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good benefits, flexible work schedule, great coworkers. Overall fun work environment with travel to Hawaii. Tulsa is a great city to live and work in too.

    Cons

The travel gets to wear on you after several years of going to the same locations. Sometimes the level of ignorance on the side of management becomes an issue. People seem afraid to tell the government customers "no".

    Pros

    * 9/80 schedule, and flexible schedule * fairly good benefits overall

    Cons

some bad seeds were planted in management several years ago. They have all grown into ugly weeds that cannot be cleared. don't expect to get any where in this company unless you are part of the good 'ol boy network

I have been working at L3 Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits other than insurance. Insurance is ridiculously expensive and doesn't cover half of what Tricare does. Even if you are underperforming, it takes a while to get fired. If you like working by yourself in a cubicle all day then this is a good gig.

    Cons

No collaboration No mentorship Bureaucracy hinders innovation No windows and sometimes very long work hours

I have been working at L3 Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours to work with your schedule. Insurance and benefits are good, and they offer tuition reimbursement options for those interested in pursuing higher education.

    Cons

Work is stress and extremely fast paced. It can be difficult to manage the work-life management with overtime, which is not compensated. Salary is relatively competitive, but nothing special.
