I worked at LA Clinica del Pueblo full-time

    Pros

The programs are amazing and much-needed in the community. Dedicated staff, some people have been there for decades. Fulfilling work and friendly work environment. It's a great place to learn and grow.

    Cons

Some long hours due to some lags in hiring additional staff and need of managerial skills development. I believe this has changed. Make sure your spanish is up to snuff, and speak up if you don't understand something.

    Pros

This is an incredible company where every employee truly cares about not only the patients and La Clinica's mission, but fellow coworkers. It is a friendly and uplifting environment
Now at over 100 employees we are growing and improving every day.

    Cons

There are two separate locations in DC and while they are close in proximity, it does create a bit of a boundary.
