    - Good benefits and several health plans to choose from - Relaxed work atmosphere - Union protected job - Lots of lateral transfer opportunities - Interesting road, environmental, and flood channel projects - No pressure to work more than 40 hours a week

    - Hierarchical structure adds unnecessary amounts of bureaucracy. - Lack of promotional opportunities - Management is more concerned about pleasing the Board of Supervisors than making sure their employees have the resources to perform their jobs - Job stability is affected by market cycles

    Great Opportunities to be part of multiple engineering projects. From Structural, Hydrology and Transportation. AMAZING BENEFITS. They can't be matched.
