I have been working at LA Fitness (UK) full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

A shared vision, with a strong culture that runs throughout. If it works for the individual, the culture and ethos are fantastic to be involved in

    Cons

Very few. It is exceptionally fast paced, so the recruit needs to fit in with the companies way of working. Generally good.
