    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at LA Fitness (UK) full-time

Clear merit based requirements to advance Access to all LA fitness clubs A lot of great co-workers ability to transfer to many different branches

if you are in sales they expect you to deliberately mislead people they make quitting the gym nearly impossible (you have to send in a written letter to the HQ) -which is really sketchy No respect for employees- in just one year they stopped discounted personal training for employees, ended guest privileges and banned employees from working out at their place of employment they care about nothing but numbers- once a member has joined they dont really care about them anymore trust me all they care about is getting NEW members the place is a revolving door for personal trainers because they pay them about 30% of the industry standard- as a result they tend to only attract trainers with only the bare minimum if any certification (you can work there as a trainer for 6 months without a certification)
