    Pros

I loved my kids and my sc at the time! I had my own class unlike many of the pws

    Cons

I hated my tps! When I was pregnant they were awful!!! I had a difficult pregnancy and explained it to them as it was happening! They could care less! As well as hr! Who also gave me a run around when I went for my fmla! Aside from that my new sc "lost" my training check! Claimed she mailed it! Although she was never supposed to do that! Then after two weeks of the run around she told me to call payroll to get it if I wanted it!! Just say no!!!!!

    Advice to Management

Learn the laws!!!!! And learn to treat your employees better! And remember this is not a full time job nor does it have benefits so don't except us to do above and beyond while treating us like crap!

    Pros

Fun working with Kids. You make a change to the kids life. Good Enviroment.

    Cons

As a sub, you are always on Call. So you can really depend on the job. And the way they pay is confusing. You always have to track down your hours and make sure they schedule if you work that day.

    Pros

Steady schedule, good pay, short hours allows time for homework. It is a very casual working place it is fun at times. Free summers you can take internships, try new job fields, take summer school classes.

    Cons

You may get stuck in the same position for a while, it is hard or impossible to get a raise, no benefits whatsoever in any on campus position. Can be stressful at times since you work with kids. There are a lot of unpaid holidays and most summers you will be unemployed.

    Advice to Management

Too many enforcements that need to be done on our own time, we don't even get paid for a lot of the work we do. Trying to manage school and work, it sometimes feel like i have another class trying to plan activities on my own time.

    Cons

It's only part time 4/5 hours a day, If there is no school there is no work so there are a lot of days off with no pay,
