I have been working at LB&B Associates full-time

    Pros

    - Management accessible.
    - Pay is very competitive.
    - Minimal intrusions when completing day to day tasks.
    - PTO time is fairly generous.

    Cons

    - Company pays nothing towards benefits. 100% employee financed.
    - Benefits offered on the minimal levels. No point in acquiring STD/LTD since payout is capped at very low levels vice percentage of salary.
    - Education benefits are low when compared to industry standards.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to benefits packages and tier them as necessary based upon salaries especially for highly skilled/technical employees.
