    Positive Outlook

I have been working at LB&B Associates full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Been with the company a while now. Always treated fair. Health Care Benefits are good and very reasonable rates compared to what I have paid previously. 401K program is great and done well. No issues with management, everyone knows how important the job is and works hard to make the employees and the company a success. Company takes strong approach with non-performers which is good. Most of us work hard and slackers are not productive to this environment.

    Cons

No real CONS. Changes at the top have created a positive change in culture, so issues of past are no longer. Keep moving toward a digital age and reduce paperwork which has been a burden.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving the company in the direction you are doing. It has been a very positive change.

I worked at LB&B Associates full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Sorry my experience here was nothing but negative.

    Cons

    Lack of knowledge from management.
    Management would come in drunk.
    Reverse discrimination to the fullest
Union representatives did nothing to help in any situation.
Had to bring in own tools to get the job done correctly.
Did not provide complete proper uniform
Was threaded to be written up for wearing a sweatshirt that wasn't company uniform when a company jacket was not provided.
Basically set up to ultimately fail.
Constantly threatened by management about being written up and being fired.
    Management tries to intimidate staff.

    Advice to Management

    Don't drink on the job.
Treat employees fairly no matter the age, race or gender.
Actually provide the uniform that was in the contract.
Provide proper tools to preform the job correctly and efficiently.
    Don't threaten employees.
