    Non currently. The company is a waste of time.

    Cons

    After the acquisition of TechM, this company has become a worst nightmare for its employees.

    Advice to Management

    Every solution doesnt have an answer in India. Be global and behave global.

    Work Environment is good. You are good until you are on project

    They can Layoff you immediately once you go on bench.

    Pros

    There was always a variety of work. We were able to acquire new skills regularly. Teamwork was always a priority.

    Cons

    Work that is based on contracts with clients with unsteady track records can lead to continual layoffs. This can degrade cohesion over time.

    Advice to Management

    Management should continue to promote and develop leaders from within, while providing opportunities for technical personnel to cross over into project management.

    Pros

    LCC was a good company to work for. My manager was great and let me do my job. The executive team stayed invisible which has it's pluses and minuses.

    Cons

    Company acquired by Tech Mahindra. [Long Time] Executives, engineers, managers are leaving at an astounding rate, a flag that something is wrong.

    Pros

    Pay, co-workers, abundance of knowledgeable professionals at your disposal. Benefits got better over time.

    Cons

    Inadequate management. Absolutely no stability. Insane work hours. No compensation for OT (pay or comped days off).

    Advice to Management

    Get better with keeping the work flowing. Before a project is done, another should be ramping up. There is more to working than hitting numbers
