The best part of the job was that you worked independently delivering to specific route locations. Some days were easier than others. You are finished when all deliveries have been completed. Four day work week.
Cons
Job entails a lot of lifting and many times you are on your own regardless of truck capacity which can be very demoralizing. 12 hour days are common.

Great people to work with and supervisors were great at communicating when needing help.
Cons
Management would not help in the market if you ever needed it. Commission rate percentage gets lowered if you hit your quotas on the year. So if you do a good job your pay gets decreased.
