Dealing with retailers in the field.

Poor management. Company sets a financial plan which affects your bonus every November based on what they think the projected sells for the coming year should be, without any deviation or fluctuation. Not an overall team player with employees.

Great culture and fun. Work hard play hard type atmosphere. Lots of incentives. Good work life balance. Has a family feel to it
Cons
Its a smaller company. You will have to do task outside of your normal job description. Numbers can be hard to hit
