    If you are not Korean speaker, it will be hard to get along.

    Pros

    salary is high and reasonable
    Company working environment is good and
    Other utilities are also good
    Company runs dormitory and commuting busies

    Cons

    Hard working. Bad work and life balance
    Location is not good for living (many employees work in gumi. Paju)
    Now display market is uncertain

    I worked at LG Display full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    HR department is considerable to employees' needs. Employment is quite secure.

    Cons

    Position level oriented culture. The higher the position is, the more important the person's personal needs is. Such as lower level need to take care of the higher level's traffic, menu, drink, hotel, entertainment and other personal logistic stuff.

    Good chances for self-development. But it depends on the department you belongs to.

    Need to work very hard. More than 50 hrs per weak.
