    Pros

Benefits are good. That really is about it.

    Cons

Work-life balance, low pay check, no vision, frequent change in management, huge turn-over for middle management, glass ceiling, everything is top driven (from Korea HQ).

    Advice to Management

Get your HR right. Localize. Empower your people. Stop treating them like expendables. Stop comparing yourself against Samsung. What the heck?

I have been working at LG Mobile Phones full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You will be treated quite fairly if you are not Korean.

    Cons

Long work hours → Zero work-life balance.
    Top down management style.
Korea based company which portrays reverse discrimination towards Koreans.

    Advice to Management

Please respect your hard working Korean slaves

I have been working at LG Mobile Phones (More than a year)

    Pros

You get to work a significant amount of overtime and make however many hours you are willing to put in

    Cons

The company does not care about your personal life. Company constantly asks to stay late hours and weekends, and even holidays at times. Work done at the company is reiterative and very inefficient. Company hierarchy is very strict as most upper management are ex-pats from Korea.
Career growth is non-existent almost without a significant amount of time before a promotion.

    Pros

Unfortunately separated from this company before know any Pros.

    Cons

The multi-national company does global business however they doesn't have appropriate mind and system.

Work environment ; Lack of respect , better to say insulting each others , full of gossip and mischief, Unfair treatment and evaluation

Professionalism ; Lack of process and logic,
Miscommunication and Disconnection between management and staff, subsidiaries and HQ, and Koreans and non-Korean employees

    Management;
    Unbalanced allocation of resource
    No leadership

I DO agree on the someone else's earlier comment 'wrong people in wrong jobs' at this page

Their process was such a chaos in my entire experience with this company
Hopefully would be better in the future.

    Advice to Management

Do study on your industry and benchmark others . Don't fear new idea , don't get threaten by new system and different perception. Don't compete internally and compete with your real rival out of the same organization.
