I have been working at LGS Innovations full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Management cares for their employees and fights for inexpensive health benefits, work-home balance and flex time when possible. This company utilizes ALL my skills and listens to my ideas. The work interesting and challenging, unlike large gov't contractors that provide "cookie cutter" jobs, utilizing a few repetitive skills and tasks.

    Cons

Offering ADDITIONAL leadership training for folks that are interested in moving into a management role in their future

I have been working at LGS Innovations full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

LGS is a great place for engineers who are looking to work on new projects, present new ideas and be creative in their work. Salaries are higher than industry average, flex-time work schedule, ability to work remotely, and sometimes OT.

    Cons

As someone working in an office position, there is little room for growth and management is a part of the "old boys club" for sure. If you're not looking to change or grow in your career, it's a good place to work -- like if you're 40+ years old and okay with settling (as a non-engineer).

    Advice to Management

Create programs for younger employees to grow within the company.

I worked at LGS Innovations full-time

    Pros

Salary, benefits, training and working virtual are commensurate with other companies in size and nature of work.

    Cons

When a non-management employee presents a personnel concern to HR, the complainant is treated as an offender.

    Advice to Management

Require a non-HR employee be in attendance with the complainant when the concern is discussed face to face or by video conferencing with HR.
