    Pros

Good for learning just for starting 6 months.

    Cons

You will have some morons to command you to make certain changes for which you are not even responsible for. they keep on changing the rules anytime they wish to do so.
You cant go outside office for lunch
    No tea breaks.
Cant go to drink water for more than 5 times a day.
If they see you laughing, they will assume you are very irresponsible even if you have completed your work.

    Advice to Management

No piece of advice can actually make any change.

    Pros

I wish there could be at least one. Only good thing is this company is Indian software company

    Cons

Technology : all technologies are outdated. You will work on EJB, jpql, and there own tools which add nothing to your skill set. From my own experience I can say that whatever technologies I have learnt here is not used anywhere. If you are planning to work with any outdated It company then you can work here otherwise you should start learning yourself.
Another important point is this about process. Here nobody cares for a process for development, but you will struggle once you join any Big mnc. This company doesn't follow any standards. Established in 1984 and still doesn't have net access to each system, only 4 systems have Internet access, due to which productivity tends to zero. You will be maintaining bugs issue through excel files, company cannot accommode even a single software for bug tracking, task tracking, which is a standard for any good Software company. All development ide are pirated. You will work on intellig idea (company uses license key generators as any body can install software without a valid license) to which is used very less in market. Some other technologies used are GWT, HTML, JAVASCRIPT. Company doesn't follow any process to secure it's and clients data. Anyone can easily hack there servers. Some of the people have tried this and still this company doesn't know about it.

Libsys environment : on every floor there is at least one smily shot. Why smily shot bcz as soon these people see any smile on your face they will start micro management. They will try to find out various ways to give you some extra work so you work effectively and don't waste time. Managers don't know how to motivate you team. They will keep on saying ''target karo 4 bje tak'. Without understanding the problem, it's difficulty level, how much efforts it will take, what Will be the impact of it on other stable flows.
Managers don't have any IQ. They will just follow whatever bakwaas ceo says.
Even manager will not support you in any case.

When you are about to leave company, these person will try to find out way to create problems for you, like finish this work otherwise you will not be relieved, try to find out bakwaas reasons just to write something harmful to you on your relieving letter.

COMPANY DON'T PROVIDE ANY EXPERIENCE LETTER, NO ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION LETTER, BUT WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH RELIVING LETTER WHICH MENTIONS THAT YOU ARE LEAVING WITH SOME BAKWAAS REASON( ACCORDING TO COMPANY) , YOU STOOD AGAINST HR. Which will put your career at risk, even you will be at risk of loosing new job.

Now mr ceo, one man army, a person full of ego, arrogance, which treat their employees like slaves. Will call you on 15aug, and on Christmas just to work on his dream Uber and Ola cab project. He tried to make new amazon, new Ola Uber, new tally software (financial software). One day he will try to make his own currency with a photo of Mr ceo on it. An IITian, who left TCS to start his dukaan.

Company was established in 1984 (now 32 year old) but only have 50 employees in development group, out of which 15-20 will be freshers, 15120 having experience of 1 year, and 10-15 (because by some employees will break the bond) with experience 2 year. And those employees which didn't get job anywhere else will sign the bond here and will continue to work in this company. Even one manager has given 19 interviews and still unable to grab a job outside.

Company asks each employee to submit it's all educational document, and will force you to sign a bond of 2.5 years. If you try to break bond then you will not get your documents back, for that you have to take help of police or file a case against them.

You will get increments only if you agree to sign a extra bond of 6 months otherwise you are not liable for increments, doesn't matter if you are best performer.

And one more thing don't ever try to enter into argument with your manager here, he can be cause of decrement in your salary, can be cause for decrement in performance rating, can be a cause of termination, or can be a cause of end of your career.

Permanent source of income : bond money submitted by employees who leave company before 2.5 year.

    Advice to Management

Advice unko hoti hai jo sune. Ye kya sunenge, yha raj to ek hi pagal, sanki, ego se bhari hui ceo ki wife ka chalta hai.
Koi thuke bhi nhi inpe, advice to dur ki baat hai.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at LIBSYS (India) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You will learn how people f** k each other to save their job. It is corporate reality however for newcomers this learning come in hard way.

    Cons

Managers who are more interested to ensure that their jobs are safe and want to reap benefits on the name of loyalty to the company.
This company got first mover advantage and getting sustained due to that.
Ceo an intelligent guy however filled with narcissism.
A small business which won't grow beyond a limit. They will keep doing same stuff for the next decade and will get busted one day.

    Advice to Management

Think why the growth is stagnate .

Like-minded individuals... all complain about company and its standards (Ohh.. wait there are no standards). Everyone is a bonded-labour there, and you have to do what "The Mr. CEO" asks you to or else you will get terminated.

Ya, remembered.. the Infrastructure is better than many other companies situated in Udyog Vihar.

    Cons

    Everything..
    1. The technology is outdated.
    2. No internet facilities as they think their code will be published in the market.. (as if former employees can't do that now..)
    3. Not allowed to use your mind in any problem, do as "Mr. CEO" asks you to do.. (sometimes, wonder why do they waster their's and others time to hire Btec people,. well all they want is a 12th pass person, who knows a bit of java to code)
    4. Not allowed breaks in between your work. You are entitled to half an hour lunch break. That's it. No breaks in evening or morning.
    5. Can't leave office even for 5 minutes during office hours and lunch break as well. if you want to, get permission from Mr. CEO.
    6. Can't have COD here from online stores as ou coming down to receive the same will waste your precious time, where you can work.
    7. You can't read books, they'll think you are trying to switch, and befre you know you are terminated.
    8. You are in this 2.5 years bond of hefty sum of 3 lakhs which never decreases, but your bond period increases with every non-pay leave you take. And mind it you have just 12 leaves in a year, which is also denied most of the times.
    9. You will be called on every Saturday and some Sundays to work on a project that has no priority, just if Mr. CEO wants to come to office that day. He might feel lonely na,..
    10. No management except Mr. CEO.
    11. Maximum experience in this company to guide you will be 3 years, rest everyone leaves as soon as their bond ends or some before ending their bond and by paying 3 lakhs. (The regular income of the company)

Lots of things that I can add, but no point.. This company is useless..

If you are unemployed and have no where to go, its better to do distant education than to get employed here,, you'll just do wrong to yourself..

    Advice to Management

They are deaf, blind and dumb... Ohh sorry,, they don't exist..
