I worked at LITTLE ANGELS HEAD START full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Coworkers were nice, and enjoyed the children.

Before implementing something new into the classrooms, they should speak to the teachers and get their opinions. New is not always better. Communicate with the staff, not dictate all the time. Be respectful with out threatening a person's job.
