I worked at LIVENGRIN FOUNDATION full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Clinical supervision offered in a structured format by qualified employees. Motivation and encouragement from supervisors, managers, and administrators for continued education.

    Cons

With privately or commercially funded clients, there is always that chance that their insurance will not cover the entire treatment episode.

I have been working at LIVENGRIN FOUNDATION full-time

    Pros

Mostly a good company to work for. Case loads are not to huge, and management is helpful.

I worked at LIVENGRIN FOUNDATION full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great coworkers, free meals, greatly improved HR policies, good benefits, most higher-ups have an open door, and the bottom line is always patient care.

    Cons

some of the patient bedrooms are dingy and in need of sprucing up. Employees' standard raises could be higher! Advancement opportunities are limited (though I wish I had stayed there--I'd be better off than where I am now!)

    Advice to Management

Walk around more and see what the "little guys" are doing!
